For email delivery, you connect your own ESP. This gives you full control over deliverability, sender reputation, and costs. Most ESPs offer free tiers (e.g., SendGrid: 100 emails/day free, Postmark: 100 emails/month free).
How does billing work for multiple newsletters? ▼
Each newsletter is billed separately at $97/month. Create your first newsletter for free, then pay $97/month for each additional newsletter you want to send emails from. Manage all billing through Stripe Customer Portal.
Can I cancel anytime? ▼
Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Your newsletter will remain active until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to free tier.
What happens if I downgrade? ▼
If you cancel a paid newsletter, it converts to free tier. You can still draft newsletters but won't be able to send emails or access analytics. All your content and subscribers are preserved.
Is there a limit on subscribers? ▼
No! Paid tier newsletters have unlimited subscribers. Send to 100 or 100,000 people - same price. You only pay your ESP's per-email costs.
