Account & Login
"Invalid email or password"
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Try the password reset flow
- Check caps lock isn't on
"Account not found"
- You may not have an account yet - try signing up
- Check if you used a different email to register
"Session expired"
- Your login timed out - log in again
- This is normal security behavior
Newsletter Management
"Newsletter limit reached"
- Free tier allows 1 newsletter
- Upgrade to Pro to add more newsletters
"You don't have permission"
- You may not be an owner/admin of this newsletter
- Ask the newsletter owner to adjust your role
"Newsletter not found"
- The newsletter may have been deleted
- You may have lost access
- Check the URL for typos
Sending Issues
"Upgrade required to send"
- Free tier can preview but not send
- Upgrade your newsletter to Pro ($97/month)
"No subscribers to send to"
- Add subscribers before sending
- Import from CSV or add manually
"Issue already sent"
- Can't send the same issue twice
- Create a new issue or duplicate this one
"Send failed"
- Check your email provider integration
- Verify API credentials are valid
- Try sending again in a few minutes
Content & Editor
"Content not saving"
- Check your internet connection
- Try refreshing the page
- Copy your content before refreshing
"Images not loading"
- Image may be too large (max 5MB)
- Try a different image format (JPG/PNG)
- Check the image URL is accessible
"AI generation failed"
- AI service may be temporarily unavailable
- Try again in a few moments
- If persistent, contact support
Subscriber Issues
"Subscriber already exists"
- This email is already subscribed
- Find them in your subscriber list to update info
"Invalid email address"
- Check for typos in the email
- Ensure proper format ([email protected])
"Import failed"
- Check your CSV format (see import docs)
- Ensure email column is present
- Remove any special characters
- Save as UTF-8 encoding
Billing Errors
"Payment failed"
- Check your card details are correct
- Ensure sufficient funds/credit
- Contact your bank if it's being blocked
- Try a different payment method
"Subscription not active"
- Your payment may have failed
- Check billing portal for details
- Update your payment method
