Upgrading Your Newsletter

  1. Go to your newsletter's Settings
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Enter your payment information
  4. Complete checkout
  5. Pro features are available immediately!

Managing Your Subscription

Accessing the Billing Portal

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be taken to the secure billing portal

In the Billing Portal, You Can:

  • Update payment method
  • View billing history
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel subscription
  • Update billing address

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards

Updating Your Card

  1. Go to the Billing Portal
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Click "Save"

Invoices

Download invoices for your records:

  1. Go to the Billing Portal
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. Click "Download" next to any invoice
Note: Invoices are also emailed to you after each payment.

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to the Billing Portal
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select a reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You keep access until the end of your billing period
  • Your newsletter reverts to Free tier
  • Scheduled sends are paused
  • Subscriber data is preserved
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We'll retry the payment automatically
  3. Update your card if needed via the Billing Portal
  4. After multiple failures, your newsletter may be downgraded

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.
