DailyDraft stores the following data:

Exporting Your Data

Download all your data anytime:

1. Go to Account Settings → Data & Privacy
2. Click "Export All Data"
3. Choose what to include (subscribers, issues, analytics)
4. Click "Generate Export"
5. Download link will be emailed when ready

Deleting Your Data

Delete Subscriber Data

Remove specific subscriber information:

1. Go to Subscribers
2. Find the subscriber
3. Click "Delete"
4. Confirm deletion

Delete All Data

Permanently remove everything (see Account Deletion in Profile Settings)

GDPR Compliance

DailyDraft helps you comply with GDPR:

• Right to access - Export subscriber data anytime
• Right to deletion - Delete subscribers on request
• Consent - Double opt-in available for subscribers
• Data portability - Export in standard formats

Enabling Double Opt-in

1. Go to Newsletter Settings → Subscription
2. Enable "Double Opt-in"
3. New subscribers must confirm their email

• Unsubscribe link in every email
• Manage preferences link (optional)
• Your sender information

Tracking Transparency

You can disable tracking for privacy-conscious audiences:

1. Go to Newsletter Settings → Tracking
2. Toggle off open tracking and/or click tracking

Data Security

How we protect your data:

• Encryption - All data encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access controls - Only you can access your newsletters
• Secure infrastructure - Hosted on enterprise-grade servers
• Regular backups - Data backed up daily

Data Processing

Your content may be processed by:

• AI providers - For content generation (Claude/Anthropic)
• Email providers - For delivery (Postmark/SendGrid)
• Analytics - For tracking (internal systems)
