Profile Settings

Manage your personal account information.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. You'll see your profile information

Updating Your Information

Name

Your name appears on newsletters you send and in team member lists.

Email Address

Your login email. Changing this will require verification of the new address.

  1. Enter your new email address
  2. Click "Update Email"
  3. Check your new email for a verification link
  4. Click the link to confirm the change
Note: You'll continue to use your old email until you verify the new one.

Profile Photo

Add a profile photo that appears in the team view and your account menu.

  1. Click on your current photo or the placeholder
  2. Upload a new image (JPG or PNG, max 2MB)
  3. Adjust the crop if needed
  4. Click "Save"

Notification Preferences

Control which emails you receive from DailyDraft:

Notification Description
Draft Ready When an auto-generated draft is ready for review
Issue Sent Confirmation when your newsletter is sent
Weekly Summary Weekly analytics digest
Product Updates New features and improvements

Time Zone

Set your time zone so scheduled sends happen at the right time for you.

  1. Find "Time Zone" in your profile settings
  2. Select your time zone from the dropdown
  3. Click "Save"
Tip: Your schedule times (e.g., "send at 9:00 AM") use your configured time zone.

Deleting Your Account

If you need to delete your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Type your password to confirm
Warning: This permanently deletes your account, newsletters, and all subscriber data. This action cannot be undone.
