Configure how your public archive page looks and who can access it.
Accessing Archive Settings
Go to your newsletter → Settings → Archive
Archive Layouts
Choose how issues are displayed on your public page:
Classic
Traditional list format with titles and dates. Best for text-focused newsletters.
Magazine
Feature-first layout with large hero images. Best for visual content.
Cards
Grid layout with card-style issue previews. Modern, scannable design.
Minimal
Simple text-only list. Fast loading, distraction-free.
Access Control
Control who can read your past issues:
Public
Anyone can view full issue content. Best for SEO and discoverability.
Teaser
Show issue summary; readers must subscribe to see full content. Good for lead generation.
Subscribers Only
Only confirmed subscribers can access the archive. Maximum exclusivity.
Teaser Settings
When using "Teaser" access:
- Teaser length: How many characters to show before the gate
- CTA text: Message encouraging subscription
Hero Image
Add a hero image to your archive page:
- Upload your own image
- Or generate with AI using a prompt
The hero appears at the top of your archive, above the issue list.
Archive Title & Description
Customize the text on your archive page:
- Archive Title: Override default "Archive" heading
- Description: Add context about your newsletter
SEO Settings
Your archive page is automatically optimized for search engines:
- Sitemap generated at
/sitemap.xml - SEO-friendly URLs for each issue
- Open Graph tags for social sharing
Preview Your Archive
Click "Preview" to see how your archive looks to visitors.
