Team Collaboration

Invite team members to collaborate on your newsletter with role-based permissions.

Paid Feature: Team collaboration requires a paid subscription ($97/month).

Accessing Team Settings

Go to your newsletter → Settings → Team

Team Roles

Role Permissions
Owner Full control: settings, billing, delete newsletter
Admin Most settings, team management, no billing/delete
Editor Create and edit issues, manage content
Reviewer View only, can't make changes

Inviting Team Members

  1. Go to Settings → Team
  2. Click "Invite Team Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click "Send Invite"

They'll receive an email with a link to join. The invite expires in 7 days.

Managing Team Members

Change Role

  1. Find the team member in the list
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select the new role

Remove Member

  1. Find the team member
  2. Click "Remove"
  3. Confirm removal

Pending Invitations

View pending invites in the Team settings:

  • Resend: Send the invitation email again
  • Cancel: Revoke the invitation

Activity Log

Track team activity in the Activity Log:

  • Who made changes
  • When changes were made
  • What was changed

Go to Settings → Activity Log to view.

Best Practices

  • Give team members the minimum role they need
  • Use Editor role for content creators
  • Reserve Admin for trusted team leads
  • Only one Owner per newsletter (the account holder)
