Team Collaboration
Invite team members to collaborate on your newsletter with role-based permissions.
Paid Feature: Team collaboration requires a paid subscription ($97/month).
Accessing Team Settings
Go to your newsletter → Settings → Team
Team Roles

| Owner | Full control: settings, billing, delete newsletter |
| Admin | Most settings, team management, no billing/delete |
| Editor | Create and edit issues, manage content |
| Reviewer | View only, can't make changes |

Inviting Team Members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Click "Invite Team Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click "Send Invite"
They'll receive an email with a link to join. The invite expires in 7 days.
Managing Team Members
Change Role
- Find the team member in the list
- Click the role dropdown
- Select the new role
Remove Member
- Find the team member
- Click "Remove"
- Confirm removal
Pending Invitations
View pending invites in the Team settings:
- Resend: Send the invitation email again
- Cancel: Revoke the invitation
Activity Log
Track team activity in the Activity Log:
- Who made changes
- When changes were made
- What was changed
Go to Settings → Activity Log to view.
Best Practices
- Give team members the minimum role they need
- Use Editor role for content creators
- Reserve Admin for trusted team leads
- Only one Owner per newsletter (the account holder)
